If the order amount is less than the specified amount, a shipping fee of HK$30 per order will be charged for Hong Kong; HK$170 for Macau, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia; and US$52 for Europe and America.

Delivery Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Excluding Sundays and Public Holidays)

Notes

1. Upon delivery, please ensure that the packaging or outer carton is intact and count the items to verify that the quantities match your order.

2. Once your order is submitted on the e-shop and accepted by us, we will confirm the delivery date and time with you. However, delivery dates may be adjusted due to delays in credit card payment authorization. The delivery personnel will call you before arrival; please verify that your items are complete and have the recipient sign the delivery note to confirm receipt. All delivery dates and times are estimates. HALOHK shall not be liable for any loss or damage you may incur due to delivery delays.

3. If you need to change the delivery address, date, and/or time, add items to your order for consolidated delivery, or change purchased items, you must contact us within 2 hours of placing your order (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

4. If the delivery personnel are unable to complete the delivery and obtain a signature due to security issues or other reasons at your registered delivery address, we reserve the right to require you to collect the items directly from our store or await re-delivery. In case of any dispute, we reserve the right of final decision.

Self-Pickup Service

Enjoy free self-pickup at your selected store for any purchase made on the HALOHK online shop. Please proceed to the selected retail store to collect your purchased products within 7 days of the designated pickup date.

You may collect the ordered items in person or authorize a representative to do so. Please bring the following documents upon pickup:

• Pickup confirmation email, the pickup QR code from your HALOHK online shop order record, or the pickup SMS

• Account username

• Original identification document (Applicable to Apple products only)

• Authorization letter (if applicable)

If we are unable to verify that the person collecting the items is you or your authorized representative, we will refuse the collection to protect your interests.


Notes

1. Once an order is confirmed, the selected self-pickup service cannot be changed to delivery service, and the selected pickup store cannot be changed to another location.

2. Once an order is confirmed, you may not change the color, style, or product unless agreed upon by us.

3. If the store you selected for pickup suspends operations due to weather or other factors, you may collect your products from the store on the following day.

4. Generally, the pickup email or QR code will be issued before 3:00 PM on the scheduled pickup day (not applicable to orders for same-day pickup).
