Step 01
If your skin is dry before use, you can dampen your waist and abdomen with warm water. Place the contouring belt firmly against your skin and wear it around your waist/abdomen area.
Step 02
Take out the controller and connect it via the magnetic interface. Before use, please remove the sticker from the magnetic interface and the protective film on the back of the product to ensure proper function.
Step 03
Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn it on, short-press to switch modes, and adjust the intensity levels via the touch panel. Please choose according to your needs; it is recommended to start at Level 1 for your first use to allow your body to adapt.
Step 04
The belt will automatically shut off after 15 minutes. After use, remove the belt and it is recommended to apply body lotion for post-care to achieve better moisturizing and firming results.

Individuals with injuries to the waist or abdomen, as well as those who have had metal, silicone, or plastic materials implanted in their bodies due to surgery or cosmetic procedures, must not use this product.
Can I wear it while exercising?
Avoid using it during intense or high-perspiration workouts; it is recommended to use it 30 minutes to 1 hour before exercise to help activate muscles, or use it after you have fully rested post-workout.
What is the recommended frequency and timing for use?
It is recommended to use it twice a day, 15 minutes each time. Recommended times: once in the morning on an empty stomach, once 1 hour after a meal, or before going to bed.
