1. Who is suitable to take smeal Hair Nourishing Tablets?
People over 7 years old, those with hair loss, insufficient qi and blood, anemia, dizziness, menstrual discomfort, dysmenorrhea, dull skin, or fatigue. Patients with hepatitis, acute/chronic intestinal inflammation, pancreatitis, severe liver or kidney dysfunction, and elderly individuals who consume alcohol should follow medical advice.
2. What is the recommended daily dosage?
Take with warm water; half a tablet daily for ages 7–17, one tablet daily for adults 18 and over.
3. Are there any consumption contraindications?
To ensure an absorption rate of over 90%, it is best not to consume with milk, tea, coffee, soy milk, or medication; maintain a 2-hour interval.
4. Are there any side effects?
