Each capsule contains:
Lactobacillus paracasei (LP-33®) 10 Billion CFU
Directions
Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 capsule daily.
Children aged 2 to 12 years (to relieve symptoms of allergic rhinitis): Mix contents of 1 capsule into water, juice, or milk (warm or cold) daily.
Or as directed by your healthcare professional.
If preferred, capsules can be pulled apart and the powder added to food or liquid.
Storage: Store below 25°C. No refrigeration required.
