    1. General terms
      1. In these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions and the HALOHK Electronic Store Special Terms (as defined below) (collectively, "these Terms and Conditions"), " HALOHK " or "we" refers to HALOHK 's business, and "customer" or "you" Refers to any individual, organization or company that orders goods or services from us. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website or our applications (collectively, the "E-Store"). By using the e-Store or any part thereof, you agree that you have read these Terms and Conditions, and that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
      2. We make every effort to ensure that the prices, information and sizes of items listed on our e-store are updated. We reserve the right to change product prices without prior notice. All orders may be accepted at our sole discretion based on stock availability.
      3. We make every effort to ensure that the items listed on the e-Store are in stock. If any goods cannot be provided to customers due to shortage, we reserve the right to provide goods of the same type and price as substitutes.
      4. All orders are subject to the availability of the relevant goods before final confirmation. If we fail to provide any ordered products or services, we have the right to refuse to accept the order.
    2. User registration
      1. You must register (online or otherwise) as our user before you can order goods or services in the e-store. When registering, you commit to:
        • Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself upon request;
        • You must ensure that your user name and password are kept properly;
        • Only you or someone authorized by you can log in to the e-store using your user name and password;
        • We have the absolute discretion to reject any new user application and terminate any registered user without providing any reason.
      2. If there are any changes to your registered information, you can log in to your account to update or notify the HALOHK customer service department immediately by phone or email to ensure that we can bring you the latest information.
      3. If your account has not been used for a certain period of time (currently 3 years), to protect you and us, we will treat it as if you no longer use the account and make it invalid. All points and/or e-coupons in your account will also be cancelled, if applicable. If you wish to shop in the electronic store again, you must apply for a new account.
    3. Protect privacy

      In order to protect your personal data privacy rights, we ensure that our policies and practices in collecting, using, retaining, transferring and accessing personal data comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong. Please review our Privacy Policy Statement.

    4. Payment method
      1. The electronic store accepts payment by credit card, debit card or other designated electronic payment methods designated by us. The value of all goods is calculated in Hong Kong dollars. The prices of goods in the electronic store may be different from those in our physical stores. The price of the goods shown in the electronic store on the day of order shall prevail.
      2. All goods ordered online are subject to our sole discretion and are accepted subject to stock availability. You will receive a final shopping receipt for your records when you receive the goods (either at delivery or at a physical store).
      3. In order to provide safe and reliable online shopping services, e-store transactions use Transport Layer Security (TLS). All personal information, including your credit card number, name, address, etc., will be encrypted before being transmitted over the Internet to prevent your information from being read by unauthorized third parties when it is transmitted online. To check the information of your security certificate, you can right-click during checkout and select "Content" and "Certificate".

      1. Basis of supply : We sell and ship our products exclusively to end consumers. We do not sell our products for resale. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you are not purchasing our products for your own use, we have the right to refuse or cancel your order.
      2. Force Majeure : If we are unable to provide accurate information due to force majeure (including due to natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents, riots, wars, government policies, embargoes, strikes, labor difficulties, equipment failures or any circumstances beyond our control) We will not assume any responsibility to the user or any third party for the products or services you require.
      3. You may not assign, transfer or otherwise transfer any rights and responsibilities under these Terms and Conditions to any other person without our written consent.
      4. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is interpreted to be illegal or invalid, such provision will be deleted and will not affect the legality, validity and enforceability of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
      5. These terms and conditions contain the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all previous negotiations, representations, understandings and agreements.
      6. We reserve the right to amend, change or supplement all or any terms under these Terms and Conditions at any time with prior notice to you.
      7. In case of any dispute, we reserve the right to make the final decision. The English translation of these terms and conditions is for reference only. If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the original Chinese version shall prevail.
      8. These terms and conditions will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, and you and we are also subject to the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. We may make corrections and changes to these Terms and Conditions from time to time without giving you prior notice.


HALOHK Electronic Store Special Terms ("Special Terms")

These special terms supplement the above online shopping terms and conditions and apply to your orders in the e-store. If there is any ambiguity, the special terms of the HALOHK electronic store shall prevail.


  1. HALOHK ’s payment terms
    1. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Octopus, UnionPay, WeChat or Alipay.
    2. Maximum shopping total per transaction is calculated as:
      • Visa / MasterCard: HK$50,000 (or HK$200,000 when paying via Apple Pay or Google Pay (mobile app only))
      • American Express Credit Card: HKD50,000
      • UnionPay Card: HKD 30,000
      • Alipay HK: HKD 100,000
      • Alipay: HKD 100,000
      • Octopus Card: HKD 3,000
      • Octopus Wallet: HKD 10,000 (the payment amount is subject to the daily transaction limit of the Octopus Wallet account)
      • Note: There is no need to enter spaces or dashes when entering your credit card number.
    3. E-stores use designated credit card purchase protection services (such as Visa Verification Service and MasterCard Secure Code Service) to allow you to shop online with confidence and security when using Visa and MasterCard cards. This service uses a specific personal password or security code to ensure that you are the only person authorized to use the card. You should use a valid credit card in your own name for online purchases.
    4. HALOHK cash coupons : The electronic store does not accept physical cash coupons issued by HALOHK . Physical cash coupons and electronic cash coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, have no change, and cannot be transferred.
    5. If there are additional delivery and/or installation charges, these will be confirmed separately before you make payment.
    6. You must collect/arrange delivery and installation by yourself within 30 days after we accept the product order. If you fail to collect/arrange delivery and installation within 30 days, the money paid will be forfeited and cannot be used to purchase/replace other products.
  2. Ordering instructions
    1. The e-store only accepts orders for self-pickup at designated delivery billing addresses in Hong Kong or Macau, or for self-pickup at designated physical stores in Hong Kong or Macau.
    2. When you order products from us, you agree to make a shopping request to HALOHK in accordance with these terms and conditions. Once we receive your order, we will notify you and confirm receipt of your order. This reply does not mean that we have accepted your order. If we are unable to provide any ordered products or services, or if there are payment problems with the credit card you use or any other reason, we have the right to refuse to accept the order. If we are unable to provide any product or service on your order, we will notify you by phone or email.
    3. After your order request is accepted by us, we will confirm your acceptance of the order and notify you of the time and date for delivery/pick-up at the designated physical store.
    4. If the gifts that come with the goods you ordered have been shipped out, we will notify you of the situation. You have the right to accept another gift we suggest, choose to cancel the order, or continue to purchase the product.
  3. Delivery service (applicable to those who choose to have their order delivered to a designated delivery address)
    1. For each purchase of HK$500 or above, you can enjoy free standard delivery service (details are included in the invoice). If you choose to deliver during certain designated hours, we may charge additional fees. Free shipping for members.
    2. When the amount of your purchase is less than HK$500, you can pay the additional fee specified by us and enjoy the delivery service. The goods will be delivered to the designated delivery address. Free shipping for members.
    3. Delivery service is limited to fixed addresses, including (i) Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan, or (ii) Macau. Please call HALOHK Customer Service Department for details on delivery service arrangements.
    4. The delivery service is not applicable to non-fixed addresses, border restricted areas, outlying islands, warehouses, and locations where delivery cannot be done via stairs but requires entering the house via the balcony.
    5. If the delivery address is not directly accessible by lift, we will charge additional service fees based on each floor, except underground. For particularly large items and other charges, the deliveryman will collect cash. Please contact customer service for details of additional charges.
    6. Delivery service hours are Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
    7. After you submit your order in the e-store, if the order is accepted by us, we will confirm the delivery time and date with you. However, due to delays in the bank's approval of the credit card you are using, the delivery date will be adjusted accordingly. The delivery person will call you before the goods arrive. Please check whether the ordered goods are complete, and the recipient will write the name and signature on the delivery note to confirm receipt of the goods.
    8. All delivery dates and times are estimated delivery dates and times. Fortress will not be responsible for any loss or damage that you may suffer due to delivery delays.
    9. If you need to change the delivery address, date and/or time, add additional purchased goods and request delivery together, or make changes to the purchased goods, you must call the HALOHK customer service hotline (9 a.m.) at least 24 hours before delivery. to 6 p.m., excluding Sundays and public holidays) or contact us through the designated method of the electronic store to make arrangements.
    10. Please note that if any goods require installation, such installation charges will not be included in the delivery service and related charges. Installation is subject to additional charges.
    11. If the delivery man fails to complete the delivery and sign for the delivery due to security issues or other reasons at your registered delivery address, we have the right to require you to pick up the goods directly at our store without making delivery arrangements.
    12. In case of any dispute, we reserve the right to make the final decision.
  4. Store self-pickup service (applicable to orders that have been chosen to be collected at designated physical stores)
    1. Please go to the physical store and date selected in the e-store to collect the purchased products within 7 days.
    2. When you pick up the products in a physical store, you can pick up the goods you ordered in person or on an authorized representative. When picking up your order, please show our store clerk the unique QR code in the email confirming your order, and provide the original of your identity document and account login name for identity verification. If we cannot verify that the person requesting to collect the goods is you or your authorized representative, we will refuse that person to collect your order to protect your interests.
    3. Once the order is confirmed, the store you selected for pickup cannot be changed to another store.
    4. Once the order is confirmed, you cannot change other colors, styles or products unless we agree.
    5. If the store you choose to collect the product is closed due to weather or other factors, you can go to the store to collect the product the next day.
  5. Exchanges and refunds
    1. Generally, we do not accept any requests for product exchanges or order cancellations.
    2. You must immediately check whether the ordered goods are damaged and complete when receiving the goods (including delivery or self-pickup). If you find that the product you ordered is damaged, you can call our customer service department to arrange for a replacement.
    3. If we agree that you have the right to replace the product, but the requested replacement product has been sold out, we will refund the relevant money to you.
    4. Before accepting a product exchange, please present us with the original purchase receipt or the relevant electronic receipt.
    5. We have the right to refuse to replace goods that have been signed for due to appearance problems and incomplete accessories. If the gift given is damaged, we will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.
    6. If you find that the size of the product does not meet your needs:
      1. Before the product is delivered, we may change the product model or brand for the customer at our discretion;
      2. After the product is delivered (but the package has not been opened), we may, at our discretion, pay 30% of the original product selling price as a handling surcharge and the price difference (if any) between the original product and the replacement product. Customers exchange goods of other models or brands;
      3. After the product is delivered and the package has been opened, HALOHK will not arrange product replacement.
    7. Replacement items must be returned with complete packaging, recycling label (if applicable), accessories, instructions and unfilled warranty card.
    8. Replacement items must be free of damage, damage, or have been wet.
    9. Products that have been registered for warranty online or have been repaired cannot be replaced.
    10. Items must be returned together with any free gifts included with the purchase, otherwise the value of the free gifts will be deducted from the refund.
    11. Under special circumstances, after the customer service department has discussed with you and obtained our consent, we will refund the money involved in online shopping to the relevant payment account you used for payment or other methods agreed to by you (Note: If you choose to use the Octopus App To collect payment, you will receive a notification in your Octopus App, and you must collect the payment yourself in the Octopus App or Octopus Service Station before the specified deadline after receiving the notification). Refunds take approximately 2-4 weeks.
  6. About the 10-Day Money Back Guarantee Policy (“This Policy”)
    1. When you or your designated recipient receives the ordered goods, you are responsible for checking whether the goods are defective and/or damaged and whether the accessories are complete.
    2. If you find that the product quality does not meet production standards within 10 days after receiving the goods, we guarantee to replace it with the same product. When the product is within the manufacturer's warranty period, you need to send the product back to HALOHK for maintenance . You are not allowed to return the product to the manufacturer/agent without permission.
    3. Products for replacement or refund must be inspected by the agent to confirm that the product quality does not meet production standards. HALOHK reserves the right to require customers to go to the designated agent's repair center to inspect the product.
    4. If you are still not satisfied with the product after making an exchange in accordance with clause 11.2 above, you may return the product and apply the amount paid to us towards the purchase of a replacement product.
    5. In special circumstances, after consultation with you by the customer service department and with our consent, we will refund the amount involved in accordance with Article 10.11 above.
    6. This policy does not apply to:
      • Products that have been registered for warranty online with product suppliers or agents.
      • Products that have been repaired.
      • Products without HALOHK shopping voucher.
      • I have the HALOHK shopping receipt but the product is missing.
      • Any product requiring exchange or refund based on personal preference.
    7. If the product falls into the non-refundable category, we will not accept the customer's refund request.
  7. other
    1. Until the customer pays the full payment for the product, we will retain the property rights to the product, and the related risks will be deemed to have been transferred to the customer when the product is delivered to the customer.
    2. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any loss of revenue (whether direct or indirect), profit or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your dealings with us.
    3. The prices of goods in this online store may be different from those in our company's stores.
