If the order amount is less than the specified amount, shipping fee of HK$30 per order will be charged for Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, and USD$9.99 for other regions.

Delivery service time and scope

Delivery service hours : Monday to Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (except Sundays and public holidays)

Delivery scope : Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and others

Remark

1. When the goods arrive, please make sure that the packaging or outer carton of the goods is intact, and check whether the ordered quantity matches

2. After you submit the order in the e-store, if the order is accepted by us, we will confirm the delivery time and date with you. However, due to delays in the bank's approval of the credit card you are using, the delivery date will be adjusted accordingly. The delivery person will call you before the goods arrive. Please check whether the ordered goods are complete, and the recipient will write the name and signature on the delivery note to confirm receipt of the goods. All delivery dates and times are estimated delivery dates and times. HALOHK will not be responsible for any loss or damage you may suffer due to delivery delays.

3. If you need to change the delivery address, date and/or time, add additional purchased goods and request delivery together, or change the purchased goods, you must contact us to make arrangements within 2 hours after placing the order (Monday to 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays).

4. If the delivery person fails to complete the delivery and sign for the delivery due to security issues or other reasons at your registered delivery address, we have the right to require you to pick up the goods directly at our store or wait for re-delivery. In case of any dispute, we reserve the right to make the final decision.

Self-pickup service

Any purchase in the HALOHK online store can enjoy free pick-up service at the store of your choice. Please collect the purchased products within 7 days according to the physical store and date selected on the order.

You can collect your ordered goods in person or on an authorized representative. When picking up the goods, please bring the following documents:

• Pick-up email, pick-up QR code in the HALOHK online store order record, or pick-up mobile phone SMS

• Account login name

• Original identification document (applicable to Apple products only)

• Authorization letter (if applicable)

If we cannot verify that the person requesting to collect the goods is you or your authorized representative, we will refuse that person to collect your order to protect your interests.

Remark

1. Once the order is confirmed, the selected store self-pickup service cannot be changed to a delivery service, and the selected self-pickup store cannot be changed to another store.

2. Once the order is confirmed, you cannot change other colors, styles or products unless we agree.

3. If the store you choose to collect the product is closed due to weather or other factors, you can go to the store to collect the product the next day.

4. Under normal circumstances, the pickup email or QR code will be issued before 3:00 pm on the day of pickup (not applicable to orders for same-day in-store pickup)
