AHCC® Pro 具體怎麼服用有副作用嗎 ?
可將一包粉劑倒入50-100ml溫水，放入搖杯晃動溶解後服用，或也可加入牛奶、燕窩、常喝飲料、咖啡或湯中(會有顆粒懸浮表面)。正常保養一天一包;狀態不好或感冒期間可一天服用2-3包:有重大問題需調理的3-6包。對於菌菇類過敏體質的人禁止服用，若不慎服用請及時就醫。對於第一次服用ahcc的顧客，前3-5天可以吃半條來觀察下有無過敏情況，如沒有，3-5天后改為正常劑量服用，少數消費者吃了會有異常的身體表現比如腹瀉，過敏等，這些都是正常的反應，等症狀沒了可以改成正常服用。

AHCC® Pro 什麼時候喝比較好 ?
建議起床空腹服用效果較佳,晚上服用若有睡眠困擾可睡前喝，否則餐前服用較好。有個別的身體健康的年輕人會有短期的喝了睡不著,可改為早餐前喝。

孕婦、小孩多大可以吃 AHCC Pro ?
正常孕婦一般情況下可以服用，如果是高齡產婦或有基礎疾病的孕婦諮詢臨床醫師後選用。 3歲以上的寶寶可服用，日常保健可兩天一條。第一次服用AHCC的寶媽和嬰量，前3-5天可以吃半條來觀察下是否有無過敏等異常情況，如沒有，3-5天后改為正常劑量服用，有特殊情況的小朋友，服用前諮詢一下臨床醫生。哺乳期如有特殊情況可以服用我們的產品，AHCC@Pro可以使乳液中勉強球蛋白含量會更高。
