Delivery service time and scope
Delivery service hours : Monday to Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (except Sundays and public holidays)

1. When the goods arrive, please make sure that the packaging or outer carton of the goods is intact, and check whether the ordered quantity matches
2. After you submit the order in the e-store, if the order is accepted by us, we will confirm the delivery time and date with you. If the delivery person fails to complete the delivery and sign for the delivery due to security issues or other reasons at your registered delivery address, we have the right to require you to pick up the goods directly at our store or wait for re-delivery. In case of any dispute, we reserve the right to make the final decision.
